Psychotherapy, as the same as counselling, is a joint process with a series of meetings that usually has a longer duration than Counselling.  Psychotherapy explores past life events that often impacts with the present helping you to have a better understanding of your own dynamics and patterns of behaviour leading you to improvement in life. 

 

How can I help? 

 

I can help you to deal with problems in forming or maintaining relationships or friendships, lack of self-esteem or self-confidence, stress, depression, anxiety, anger, work problems, self-harming or suicidal thoughts, sexuality, bereavement and/or loss, shame, jealousy or guilt feeling, traumas and more. I work with Psychodynamic Counselling Psychotherapy which is a collaborative process, where past and present will be worked together towards an understanding that might bring you an rewarding experience. 

 

I offer Individual Counselling Psychotherapy and Couples Counselling. I work primarily on an open-ended basis where the length of the treatment will be discussed between ourselves depending on your progress and situation.
